Applicant(s) must meet the following criteria: 1.Combined household income is verifiable at three times the rent. 2.Applicant(s) shall be continuously employed a minimum of one year in his/her current field of employment 3.Each applicant(s) credit score shall be a minimum of 600 (Fair Isaac) with the exception of the following mortgage consideration: A mortgage that has defaulted will be waived as a derogatory line of credit; however, all other reported lines of credit must be rated as "paid as agreed" if the credit score is below 600.
