Required Rental Application Supporting Documentation
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
The completed rental application must be accompanied by a copy of personal photo identification and proofs of income.
Photo Identification
A photocopy of a valid and current government-issued photo identification document such as driver's license, personal identification card, passport or resident alien card must be submitted with the rental application. Upon completion of the application process, the identification photocopy will be destroyed.
Proof of Income
Proof of income must be in the form of paycheck stubs, filed tax returns, official notices of benefits and/or endorsed conforming court orders. Copies of these items is acceptable. Only reportable income will be considered. Please refer to the tables below to determine your proof of income document requirements.
